Manchester City Scores Spectacular 44-Pass Goal against United

Manchester City vs United match on November 11th ended with a 3-1 score in the hosts’ favour. United’s performance was not too bad either, however the most exciting moment of the match was City’s 44-pass goal, finally driven home by Ilkay Gundogan in the 86th minute. Manchester City showed an impressive display of teamwork that took up 2.13% of the whole game, and finally settled the score to 3-1 in their favour.

The score opened with David Silva’s first goal for City in the 12th minute, keeping it to a steady 1-0 until half-time. United’s game seemed pretty lacklustre during the first half and the beginning of the second half, which allowed City to drive one more ball into the net, this time by Sergio Aguero in the 48th minute. The Reds halved the deficit in the 58th minute through a penalty shot from Frenchman Anthony Martial but failed to equalize the score as City gained the upper hand once again. Pep Guardiola’s side was definitely on the offensive once again after Martial’s goal, and it wasn’t too long before they started an uninterrupted chain of passes that lasted 1 minute and 55 seconds before hitting the net once again.

Despite the impact that the 44-pass goal had on City fans, the move was still one pass short of what Juan Mata managed to do for United in 2015 – a 45-pass goal against Southampton.

All in all, Mourinho’s side seems to struggle more than ever in this season’s league, but fans still believe they might redeem themselves before the end of the season. If you believe so yourself, why not place a bet on United with a £20 free bet from Ladbrokes?
